ABSTRACT

The Mo application, in the foliar, for the common bean has been taking to increases of the yield of culture. The objective to study the effect of the fertilizer to foliate with Mo in the yield and their components and leaf contents of nutrients in irrigated common bean cultived in Northerm Minas Gerais, Brazil. Three field experiments were driven being two in the Jaíba (MG) country in Quartzarenic Neossol (QN) and Red Latossol eutrophyc (RLe) and the located third party in the Nova Porteirinha (MG) country in Red-Yellow Latossol (RYL). The treatments were without and with pulverization of Mo in the dose of 60 g ha-1. The cultivar "Carioca" in system irrigated was evaluated. The experimental design was of block randomized with five repetitions and two repetitions of the treatments for block. It was ended what the grains yield and their components increased with foliar application of Mo in the dose of 60 g ha-1 in the RYL and no increase in QN and RLe. The appropriate ranges of N and Mo were from 40.3 to 43.6 g kg-1 and 0.80 to 0.73 mg kg-1 in the leaves of the common bean, respectively, in system irrigated cultivation in the Northerm of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
